Established in 1908, the Country Club of Virginia is a private club situated in Richmond. Its initial course, designed by Herbert Barker, opened in 1910, followed by the William Flynn-designed James River Course in 1928. The sprawling 1,111-acre property features three 18-hole golf courses and extensive sports and recreational amenities.
