Terms of Use

Welcome to Found Fairways. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Younger Twin LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Found Fairways ("Found Fairways," "we," "us"). They govern your use of foundfairways.com and everything on it (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What Found Fairways is — and isn't
Found Fairways is an independent directory. We find and describe charitable golf opportunities — auctions and benefit outings at private clubs — and link you to the third party that actually runs each one (for example Charitybuzz, GolfStatus, or a club or charity's own page).
We are not a party to any transaction. We do not host auctions, accept bids or registrations, collect donations, take payments, or deliver anything you win or book. When you click through to a host site, you are dealing directly with that host and the charity, under their terms and privacy policies, not ours. Any agreement, payment, tax receipt, or dispute is between you and them.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the clubs, charities, or host sites we list, and we imply no such relationship. Names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify publicly listed events.
2. Listings are informational
We compile listings from public and third-party sources and write our own descriptions. We try to be accurate, but we do not warrant that any listing is current, complete, correct, or still available. Prices, dates, availability, and terms are set by the host and can change or end at any time without notice to us. Always confirm the details on the host site before you act.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use it. By using the Site you represent that you are.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; don't scrape, harvest, or copy the Site's content in bulk; don't try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site; and don't misrepresent your affiliation with us.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's original content — our descriptions, layout, brand, and the Found Fairways name and marks — belongs to Found Fairways and is protected by law. Third- party names, logos, and images remain the property of their owners and are used under nominative fair use to identify the events described. You may not reuse our original content commercially without permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a free, perpetual right to use them.
6. Money and giving
Found Fairways is a for-profit business. We may earn referral or affiliate commissions, advertising, or sponsorship in connection with the Site (see our Affiliate Disclosure). We commit to donating a significant share of our proceeds to charity. We are not a 501(c)(3), and nothing you do on the Site is a tax-deductible donation to Found Fairways. Donations happen on the host sites, directly to the charities.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, practices, or policies. Following a link is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUND FAIRWAYS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Found Fairways from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Effective" date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
