Sedgefield Country Club is a private club situated in Greensboro, North Carolina. Its championship golf course, an original Donald Ross design, opened for play in 1926. The club is renowned as the primary venue for the PGA Tour's Wyndham Championship, an event it has hosted annually since 2008 and on numerous occasions dating back to 1938. Sedgefield exemplifies Ross's signature parkland style, characterized by strategic bunkering, subtle elevation changes, and challenging contoured greens, establishing its place in professional golf history.
