Private club in Scarborough/Briarcliff Manor, NY, founded 1911 on a former Vanderbilt estate, with a national-caliber course built by C.B. Macdonald and Seth Raynor (A.W. Tillinghast added holes later). A 2000s Gil Hanse restoration returned it to Macdonald's style. A genuine top-tier course (Golf Digest top-60 nationally) that hosted the 2023 U.S. Mid-Amateur.
